METAL TANKS
Simmed Engineering manufactures carbon steel and stainless steel tanks for many applications including closed and atmospheric systems.
Atmospheric tank systems are used for fluids that can be stored at ambient temperatures such as water and crude oil.
Simmed Engineering offers custom vertical and horizontal tank fabrication with saddles and supports. Our tanks include manways, access ladders and platforms, skids, nozzles and lifting lugs per your specific requirements. Standard materials for tank fabrication include but are not limited to A36 carbon steel plate, 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel.

STRUCTURAL STEEL FABRICATION
Simmed Engineering specializes in structural steel fabrications from a variety of structural shapes including I beams, channel, angle, HSS round, square and rectangular steel tubing. Our certified welders follow our comprehensive inhouse quality and inspection process ensure accurate fabrication for an easy field fit up and installation. We offer a variety of finishes including shop primer coating, galvanized coating, powder coating, and industrial enamel spray painting.
PIPE FABRICATION
Simmed Engineering is a reliable provider of a wide variety of pipe fitting services. Our capabilities also include pipe and tube fabrication including CNC pipe cutting and bending. All fabrication and welding are done by American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and American Welding Society (AWS) certified welders. We have Inspection Test Plans (ITP’s) for each order. All welds are inspected by a Certified Weld Inspector (CWI). Simmed Engineering offers quality pipe welding services in a multitude of processes on all kinds of materials including carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
PIPE BRIDGES & PIPE STANCHIONS
Simmed Engineering fabricates Pipe Racks and Pipe Bridges to support piping, conduits and power cable trays. They may also be used to support mechanical equipment and ductwork. Pipe racks and pipe bridges are structures designed and built specifically to support multiple pipes, conduit and ductwork where adequate space and support structures are not available. Pipe Racks usually have multiple levels to minimize space requirements and are designed to provide clearance for equipment and vehicle traffic to pass below the structure.

EQUIPMENT SKIDS / PUMP SKIDS
Simmed Engineering is proficient in fabricating engineered equipment skids, shipping skids, baseplates and soleplates of all kinds to exact tolerances.
